Choose your starting point
You may be worried about your child, looking for words for what is happening as a teen, or seeking support for yourself as a young adult. Begin with Children, Teens, or Young adults—then we can make sense of what feels most urgent.
There is no need to have the right language before reaching out. You may be noticing a change at home, at school, in relationships, or simply in how hard it has become to get through the day. We can begin with what you know now and give the rest time.
Each starting point makes room for the person at its center. I listen for what feels difficult, what has helped before, and what feels possible today.
- AttachmentWhen closeness, trust, or separation feels fraught or confusing.
- TraumaWhen something that happened still shows up in the body, relationships, or daily life.
- Emotional RegulationWhen feelings arrive fast, feel too big, or are hard to put into words.
- AnxietyWhen worry, fear, or constant alertness takes up too much room.
- GriefWhen a loss changes how life feels and it is hard to carry alone.
- DepressionWhen getting through the day feels heavy, distant, or draining.
Care that includes the body, story, and culture
Sometimes the body knows something is wrong before there are words for it. In body-centered work, I may invite attention to breath, movement, tension, or a sense of settling—always with choice and without forcing anything.
Culturally respectful care means I make room for the family, language, identity, and lived experience that shape your life. You do not need to leave important parts of yourself outside the session.
Together, we set a pace that respects safety, agency, and what feels possible today.
Care can begin with a conversation about what is most present right now. A child, teen, or young adult does not need to share everything at once. I make space to notice what feels important, ask questions, and shape support together over time.
We can go slowly enough to notice what helps you feel more like yourself.
