I’m Soledad Arroyo-Silva, LPC, the therapist behind SOLina Therapy. I offer body-centered, culturally respectful counseling for ages 7 through 23 in Pennsylvania, in English and Spanish.

Sometimes the hardest part is finding a place where what is happening can be noticed without having to explain it perfectly.
I combine compassion with somatic approaches to help clients safely explore their experiences, rebuild their inner strength, and rediscover joy.
My practice is grounded in the belief that true healing occurs when I help clients navigate pain, ensuring you never have to face it alone.
My work begins with relationship and attention to what is happening in the present. I listen for the story, the culture, and the body—not only the words that are easiest to say.
How I work
Sometimes the body knows something is wrong before there are words for it. In body-centered work, I may invite attention to breath, movement, tension, or a sense of settling.
There is always choice. We move at a pace that respects safety, agency, and what feels possible today; nothing needs to be forced before it feels ready.
Culturally respectful care means making room for the family, language, identity, history, and lived experience that shape a person’s life. Important parts of you do not need to stay outside the session.
Together, we can go slowly enough to notice what helps you feel more like yourself.
